Should I update the KDE?

Now the version of my current KDE is 3.0.3.Is it means that I only can use the kdebindings-3.0.3?
If I want to use the kdebindings-3.4.1,shuold I update the KDE-3.0.3 to KDE-3.4.1??

Yes, you do really as KDE 3.0.3 is pretty old. The java bindings are
regenerated for each release of KDE, and so you need to use a matching
release of kdebindings with KDE.
