how to install dcop-java

Hi,
I'd like to use the dcop-java binding, but I don't know how to install it. IN
fact, downloading it from the cvs, I have the following files:

***@linux:~/tmp/dcopjava> ls
Attic binding configure.in.in dcopidl2java Makefile.am tests

and it sounds like it is not ready to run "configure". How can I install it?
